Welcome to the program lowduster. It takes so much courage to reach out to people. This site and the forums are excellent resources. The people on here truely care and know what you are going through.

Hey lowduster. Welcome! All you have to do is listen to the cds that come in the mail week by week and really try to understand them, watch the coaching vides first though, and then do you workbook pages. If you are having a bad day , you can write about it and we will try and help you in ways you can deal with what you are going through. Hope this helps!
