yeah, i get this from time to time too.
i find that it is my thoughts or more particularly the WAY that I am thinking that brings these little boogers on.
my anxiety likes to move, though. and now for the past 3 weeks it is giving me a tired, cloudy head feeling and my chest is "clear".
Adrenaline Burst for no reason
You have seen your doctor about this, right?Originally posted by mrchris33:
well almost two weeks of this now. i bought a blood pressure cuff and find myself checking my
BP over and over. (normal) just wish it would stop. feels like im gonna die or something. i have anxiety for so long and its never been like this. =(
Be sure to tell them this has become a constant thing. It could be something going on with hormones or your adrenal system. Good luck!
Let us know how you are doing.

Life is too short to own an ugly boat. Step aboard for a wonderful journey!
Sorry for your pain and how upset this makes you. I, too, had suffered from this and for many years. We become so attuned to anything 'different' in our bodies and our lightning fast responses just zoom us into a panciky feeling or high anxiety that can feel like a burning sensation in the heart. Of course you need to check it out, but once a doctor says you are likely fine, I think it important to go inside and figure out what is stressing you and what you can do about that. I overcame my own struggles (and used Lucinda's great program as one help) and wrote a book called "Anxiety Rescue" to help others deal with this same problem. It's not easy, but when you can learn to hear the inner voice that sets off these problems and practice disagreeing with it, you'll see what an amazing difference this can make. I'm sending you an invisible bolus of energy and a cyber-hug. Stick with it, I did and I no longer have those troubling things happen. My life is so much better for having learned how to deal with anxiety, too.
