I have the exact feelings as Donna and Emma and the rest of you. I hate the lightheadedness and dizziness and full head feeling!!!!!!! It has been daily I feel this way and I have been staying at home more and more because of these feelings, I too feel I might pass out or die while I'm out. Like others I haven't passed out while I'm out, but the feeling of dizziness is so uncomfortable, even when I'm at home i feel it. I want to be some what normal again and function like other people do. it is tiring to live this way, I want to enjoy myself someday. I feel so isolated these days and fear being out and even talking scares me, i feel I fumble my words, because I'm so focused on my anxiety and worrying if people can tell. I love hearing all the input everybody has, it's great to get some ideas and motivation, I don't feel as alone.

I may be purchasing this program , I have been suffering from anxiety and panic attacks my whole life I am 25 and the last three weeks have been the worst ever. any possible symptom you can think of I have felt . It can be so scary sometimes but the busier I stay the better I do. Is everyone having good luck with this program?

Please purchase the program! It will be the best investment you ever made in yourself! I'm fourteen weeks into it and by the second week I was feeling better. Now I'm doing some of the things that I haven't done for years and meeting anxiety/fear/panic, head on, because I've the skills to walk through these bad habits of thinking that have gotten me into this mess for the past forty years. I'm turning into a person with less fear, anxiety and (no more panic attacks) then ever before in my life.
Please don't waste another moment of your life, because there is an answer and its this program.

I also have those, plus I begin to think I can't walk and I will tense up so I walk funny, it can be pretty embarrassing. The tenser I feel the harder it is. Anybody know how to deal with this.
We are all going to get better I know, just keep moving forward.
I had an anxiety attack while being tested at school so I couldn't exactly stop and do the things, but I did the breathing and I got through it, I was a little embarrassed just told people I was having a hot flash. No one seemed to be that effected but me, so maybe that was a lesson in it self.

I have really been struggling with feeling lightheaded this past week. That is even why I got on the board tonight. One time when it was happening at my psychologist's office he had me relax and imagine that my feet were getting very hot. He said to imagine them being in a pool of hot water. I thought it was silly but then it worked! He said that when you are lightheaded it is b/c all of the blood moves to your heart b/c you are anxious and when you start to imagine that your feet or hands are hot then it makes it move away from the heart. At least I think that is what he said. Either way...it actually worked. It can't hurt to try. Maybe I'll go do that now.
