Hi, I had some lightheadedness last week during the night and when I got up, and during the first few hours of the morning. My co-workers told me to get my blood pressure checked. I almost didn't as I have always had ""low" BP. However, I did and it was high! What a surprise! I went to the doctor and it wasn't as high at that time, but could not hurt to have it checked.

I have the same feeling of being dizzy and lightheaded, when I go to the doctors to have it checked my blood pressure is high the first time they read it and about a half hour later after I see a doctor it goes down to normal.

Donna- i tried to pm you but not sure if it worked-- if you have been dealing with this for 34 years did you ever try medication? i am not sure i can be that strong if this were to keep up

I get this alot too. It can be scary then my heart starts racing cause I get spooked. Sometimes If I go get some orange juice it helps, I argue with myself and say "you're being dumb, you are o.k." lol

I have the exact feelings as Donna and Emma and the rest of you. I hate the lightheadedness and dizziness and full head feeling!!!!!!! It has been daily I feel this way and I have been staying at home more and more because of these feelings, I too feel I might pass out or die while I'm out. Like others I haven't passed out while I'm out, but the feeling of dizziness is so uncomfortable, even when I'm at home i feel it. I want to be some what normal again and function like other people do. it is tiring to live this way, I want to enjoy myself someday. I feel so isolated these days and fear being out and even talking scares me, i feel I fumble my words, because I'm so focused on my anxiety and worrying if people can tell. I love hearing all the input everybody has, it's great to get some ideas and motivation, I don't feel as alone.
