Really Anxious!!
Recently, I have been trying to break out of the anxiety (working, Driving & Being by myself). I notice I am so anxious all the time I feel like I could jump out of my skin. It starts with the anxious feelings then can esculate into a panic attack. I am trying to just flow with the symptoms but sometimes it is hard. I know I am healthy because I just received all the blood test back and everything is normal. Can anyone offer some suggestions? Thanks!
