I can't sleep. I'm doing fine during the day. Each day better than the last, but when I lay down at night my mind starts racin. If I have big day ahead and have to be up early it's even harder. It seems like I know that I have to be up earlier than usual and I put more pressure on myself to go to sleep. I can't run out and buy any books right now and don't want to take sleeping pills. Does anyone have any tricks?

My chiro gave me this stuff called MyoCalm to make sure I was getting a good night sleep. It is a herbal type thing, so no side effects and no process when stopping. I just took one about 30 min before bed. That worked for me!

I got it from my chiro. I just googled it now and it comes right up on OrganicPharmacy.org

I also have this stuff called Serenagen to help me in really stressful situations, like if I have to fly or something. You can also find that very easily if you google it.

If that doesnt work, try melatonin or bach's rescue remedy for sleeping. They're both all natural.

Chaomile tea really works for me when I can't sleep... I take that Hot and with in the time of it being gone I am out. It is a herbal tea you can buy at any grocery store, and it is natural.

Thanx for the responses. I found some MyoCalm at a health food store and I'm also going to pick up some Chaomile tea. I'll try them tonight.
