:eek:Last night I watched a movie that had to deal with the criminally insane. After the movie was over, I started to wonder is that going to happen to me. I immediately applied my self talk and was able to convince myself of course it's not going to happen. It just don't make sense. Before this program, I would have went on thinking about it for days.

Good for you. I used to do the same thing. Now I just stay away from those type of movies!
