Juno...I, also, enjoy my alone time...It can be sooo peaceful...Don't get me wrong, I love all the people in my life, but, I actually need some time to spend by myself....

I understand exactly how you feel medgrl. I experienced what you're going through almost two years ago. I still get the skipped heartbeats but now, my body doesn't automatically go into a panic attack because of it.

Reason being is that after all the times the panic ended after feeling the skipped ...

Thank you ALL for your replies! It makes me feel better that this is probably anxiety, and if it doesn't resolve, then I will get checked out by a physician. I've continued taking the magnesium and it seems to be helping, when I do have the twitching, trying to ignore it seems to help it pass ...
