After talking to my Dr and counselor I have decided to up my meds from 10 mg to 15 mg. Just took the new higher dose about an hour ago. A bit nervous because in the beginning the meds always make me more anxious. Trying not to make it worse by antcipating it.

Overall today was a good day. Woke up a bit anxious, but worked through it. Brought my boys out into town. Went to the counselor..... Feeling a bit anxious now. Trying to keep positive thinking. My husband is in a horrible mood. Trying not to be affected by it.

A stress coach would be nice. Is it ok to do while you also see a counselor? Would be interested in talking to you. I lve in NY. What time zone are you in?
