Anxious

After talking to my Dr and counselor I have decided to up my meds from 10 mg to 15 mg. Just took the new higher dose about an hour ago. A bit nervous because in the beginning the meds always make me more anxious. Trying not to make it worse by antcipating it.

Sometimes you just have to do it, it doesn't mean that's forever. Just realize sometimes you have to do what you can to take care of yourselves. A few months ago I had to do the same thing but when things started to stabilze I was able to come back down. Just tell yourself it will be ok, and you are doing the right thing. Take care of yourself.
