Right now I am obsessing about the emotional symptoms of anxiety . What does that feel like for others as well ?

Good move. I had to really slow down listening to talk radio (commentary on latest news stories) right after the election because I became pretty depressed about it. My DH thinks it's important to listen, and I do for a little bit but then turn it off after I've been informed "enough".

HOW LONG HAVE YOU HAD THESE ATTACKS? I AM TO THE POINT WHERE I NEED TO PULL OFF OFTEN. A 10 MIN TRIP TURNS INTO 30 MINS. MY PANIC ATTACKS ARE ONLY WHEN I HAVE TO DRIVE- NO OTHER TIME- IT'S SCARY- I DON'T WANT TO GET IN AN ACVCIDENT.
