does anyone else just out of the blue get a quick wave of lightheadedness/dizziness. it almost leaves you feeling motion sick for a few minutes after it passes?? it is worse when i am trying to read or concentrate sometimes

remember having wierd symptoms (dizzy spells, heart palps, etc) before they were diagnosed with full blown anxiety disorder?? even before they continually felt anxious and did not know what was causing it?

does anyone here get like a low blood sugar, faint feeling. this happens to me quite often and it is horrible. my blood sugar is not low but out of the blue i will get this lightheaded, weak, shakey feeling and my vision gets messed up and i cannot really function during these times!!

i am supposed to start an exercise group tomorrow but i get waves of this horrible wierd low blood sugar feeling almost every day!! sometimes it lasts 30 minutes and sometimes a few hours. this is the thing that freaks me out the most. anyway it is supposedly anxiety but i do not really believe that...

does anyone get sick if they do not eat every couple hours-- like weak, shaky and out of it feeling... it is not low blood sugar because i test it?

does anyone ever look around you and think how normal people look doing daily things and cannot picture yourself like that anymore??

did anyone else feel worse when starting meds (cymbalta) but stuck it out and got better.. i hear so many people saying "i knew right away it was the right one" not everyone gets that lucky right??

i need your help today guys-- please tell me that i am not going crazy.. i feel so out of it today and nothing around me seems real.. my stomach constantly feels hungry but eating makes me want to throw up and i just feel like i am dying!!

also does anyone just feel weak and woozy headed a lot even when they are not feeling particularly anxious??
