whoozy
This used to happen to me more a few years ago, which would lead me to panic. I used to be afraid I'd faint or pass out in front of people. It was brief feeling but very strong. I'm not sure, but I think I started to try to focus on my breathing more to make sure I wasn't breathing too shallow, etc. and eat better just in case it was my blood sugar. But, yes, it was scary. Almost like I was going to black out.
I ALSO FEEL VERY DIZZY ALOT OF THE TIME IT IS VERY UNCOMFORTABLE AND YES IT DOES SCARE ME EVEN THOUGH IT HAS BEEN GOING ON FOR OVER A YEAR YOU STILL NEVER GET USE TO IT I JUST SIGNED UP FOR THE PROGRAM 2 DAYS AGO I CANT WAIT TO RECEIVE IT IN THE MAIL IM READY TO GET STARTED AND START FEELING BETTER I THINK THE DIZZINESS COMES FROM THE ANXIETY

I hate that so many people have these lightheaded/dizzy spells...BUT I'm glad to hear its "normal" for people who have anxiety. I feel like that quit often for no apparent reason. I would just be standing in the kitchen or sitting on the couch. I also assumed it's just my anxiety. Crazy how anxiety can cause so many weird symptoms, isn't it? I thank God that I found this group and I appreciate everyone's input so much.
