Hi

I purchased the program many months ago, moved, got a new job and have not gotten past week 8.
I was on Zoloft 50mg but 3 days ago DR switched to Lexapro 10mg.
Today I am having a feeling of falling when I am laying down and turn to my left, I also feel a bit anxious. I recently was diagnosed with Esophlitis/acid reflux so am taking entocort and protonix.
Does anyone else have these balance issues? Can it be anxiety? I have been through a huge battery of test for inner ear, CT Caratoid artary. All looks good
I am getting so tired of feeling like I am falling apart I love my new job hate my husband traveling and leaving me every week and Iam afraid my anxiety is going to get the better of me again and I will lose everything....what should I do?
I do plan on starting the program over again and finishing it!

I too have taken Zoloft and then was switched to Lexapro. I Stopped taking them Because of those feelings...I had the sensation of falling, and almost "underwater-like" feelings as well... I continue to suffer from anxiety but those "balance issues" are no more...

Please have your doctor check your blood pressure...if it's a bit low, that may be why you have those sensations...Of course, this forum is Not a place for diagnosis, that is the job you pay your doctor to do and never forget to run symptoms that you suspect are from medications by your pharmacist they are in the business of medications and go to school for extra years in order to help you.

Yes, begin the program and remember: every morning the whole human race gets up and begins again. :)

when you have a sensation that the sinking feeling might come: BREATHE the 2-4 breathing for 1 or 2 minutes. Do it every time and when you rise from a seated position do it slowly until you find out what causes this sensation.

Keep up posted, Carolyn

This sounds very unpleasant and I can't offer anything more than I hope it passes or if it is med related that they find something else that doesn't make you feel like this. I too have always asked my pharmacist about any drug concerns. I have had far better answers from them than any doctor I have asked.

Hope you feel better, please keep us posted.
Best Wishes!!
