What is the QVC channel?

I really want to watch this but we are in Canada and have Starchoice dish network...can we get this?

Hi: I don't get QVC channel either as I don't have cable. QVC is a channel where they sell all kinds of things. Sort of like a mail order place. I've ordered things from there before.
