My Dad

[rocky v]

as the years fly past
i know my love will always last
i beg and i plea
why the lord took him from me
i pray each night, thank god everyday
for givin me a dad that showed me the way
what i come to conclude
is heaven must of been lonely without my dad
although it makes me mad
i know hes in a better place
i love my dad with all my heart
that day tore my world apart
i will never forget my dad
for we will not be apart forever
until that day comes for me
i will tell my kids
how great of a dad i had
