eyes could not focus/ went into panic attack

I have been dealing with anxiety lately. Today I had a real weird thing happen to me. I was driving down the road and all of a sudden my vision went all wacky. I could not focus and when I covered one eye I could see or covered the other eye I could see but when I tried to see out of both eyes at the same time they would not focus. I got so scared I was in a full blown panic attack. I thought I was having a stroke or something. I drove myself to the doctors and they ran some test but believe that it was my anxiety. Has this ever happened to anyone else?

this has happened to me before. It happens when I'm over stimulated. I don't know how to react to certain thing and my mind seems to kind of shut down...which causes my vision to go all whacky. Try to just "float" thru it as they say and it will pass.
