I'll be fine walking around doing whatever then all of a sudden it's like the ground starts looking weird and I'll feel like I might fall? it usually only last a few seconds (the actual sensation) but then for a while I keep waiting for it to come back..?

it's very scary when it happens because you have no idea what and why.. any suggestions?

Hey Vanity; I don't have the exact same feeling that you do but I do have issues with my vision. Seems weird and not clear with a cloudy head feeling then I start to worry that it might be something more serious (brain tumor), but then I read that others have that cloudy head feeling. Breath and talk positive to yourself. Distract yourself. Keep going. You will make it through this. You are stronger than you know! Prayers to you.

Don't worry, it's just anxiety it will not hurt you. Believe me I have been dealing with those same body sensations for well over a year now. Before I knew it was anxiety symptoms, I thought I was gonna fall wherever I went, pass out, and faint! My head felt weird, like heavy, cloudy, and like I wasn't in reality! Plus a whole lot of other weird body sensations. I still get scared at times, but I just pray about it, and try to stay positive. I've only done the program once, and I know I need to do it again. I've been on Lexapro for 7mos., now, and it has helped alot, although I feel like I need a bigger dosage. One thing is that I have not had a panic attack since March 2009, and have not had to take any xanax since then either. So something has to be working. You will be fine, if you have the program listen to your relaxation cd when these weird feelings come on, and do your breathing. Believe me I'm still learning!
