Hello all! I had to make a big decision and am now moving to a new location. I know it is the right thing to do, but everything is happening really fast and I'm having a lot of trouble keeping the anxiety to a dull roar. There is SO much to do that I'm a bit immobilized. I could use some prayers and support.
Thanks,
Jan

Moving is always stressful! Just remind yourself to take care of one thing at a time and you'll get everything done in no time. It might be a good idea to make a list of all that needs to be done just so you stay on task. Good luck.

ahh jan this i can support you with.. i have moved twice in the last year and the first time was after being in the same place for a long time. my anxiety was so overwhelming i though i was loosing it big style but guess what it did pass and so when it came to the second time my anxiety was still there but not as bad as i new i could do it. you will be very suprised on what you can do just go with it and get it done before you know it in a short length of time you will be settled in your new location.,.

good luck and enjoy your new surrounding with happiness.

Thanks everyone!! One of my famiy members came and helped me pack. That was a God-send. Now it is just a matter of hitting the road. I'm still anxious, but at least it isn't constant, so I feel I can control it better.
