Hi Lou,
I had shaking one nite, my whole entire body was in a spasm! I had never experienced that fun little symptom before and it really freaked me out. But what I have learned is that we all have our own little ways our body reacts to the tension and stress. I think that when we get our minds under control our symptoms stop. Remember, there is nothing physically wrong! It is just your bodies reaction! Not to say it isn't real and it is scary, but just like the scary thoughts, we can stop it! I wonder if you have the StressCenter.com program. Are you working on finding out what the real problem is, why you are stressed? Try not to get worked up, I know it's soooooo hard sometimes, but eventually and gradually these symptoms will go away. Also coming to this forum is wonderful help. God Bless!

Yes I use to experience that for almost every panic attack. It would get so bad sometimes that my muscles in my legs arms & back would tighten up so bad they would hurt and I couldn't hardly walk / move. Very scary.

Yes, my hands shake all the time. It;s sort of embarrasing, especially when you are trying to do something. I'm going to try to lay off the caffein, but I think it is just nerves.
