Reason for panic and fear
I listen to the tapes and everyone in group and it seems to be that each person has a reason for their panic attack or reasons for their anxiety. I however have never had a reason for my panic attacks. I have had out of the blue attacks for twenty years now. Anxiety is based on the fear I know, but I can't seem to get through the activities I need to due to the fear. I have stopped enjoying life a long time ago and get angry for it everyday, I am losing out on my life. So does any one have attacks for no reason? I have been through many therapist that have dug in the past but nothing has ever come up.. Please let me know.

Truthfully.... Panic and anxiety order means that you are having fight or flight response to situations that pose no real threat... So we are all the same in the fact that there really is no reason.
It is an unjustified response to things that are simple and non- threatening...
Once this has happened a few times... we start maybe avoiding things. So now, things have changed haven't they? We are now panicing in response to internally being fearful of having those feelings.
Many people lose out on precious life based on fears that are irrational, but to us... they are REAL and they do happen. Fear is a VERY strong emotion, one that our brain doesn't forget easily.
Do you have the program? The program will teach you tools to deal with panic and the fear of panic. The key is... once you aren't afraid of panic it won't happen. It has alot to do with what we say to ourselves, Self Talk, which is lesson 3 of the program is one of the major keys to get over this. The program is wonderful , you just have to commit time to it for it to work. Treat it like job, you have to do it daily and start with lesson 1 and keep going till you get to lesson 15.
