I was wondering if anyone here has tried and really succeed with the program. It is a very expensive program and in this recession I can not afford to try something that may not work for me.

Hi,

First of all, always check on ebay because I found my program on there in 2005 for $100.00:). It was tapes instead of cd's, but for one hundred bucks, it gave me what I needed. Also, it is possible that you could go to your public library and possibly use a service called interlibrary loan if your library doesn't have the program. It doesn't hurt to ask. You wouldn't be able to keep the program for as long as you needed to complete it, but maybe you could get a taste and see if it's something you want to spend money on.

Secondly, I have been on and off this message board since 2005, and I have gotten better and seen other people get better repeatedly from using this program. I won't tell you that this program was the only thing that helped me, but it played an integral role in helping me along with a good therapist. However, there was a time when I didn't have access to a good therapist, and I only had this program to help me. In fact, this program gave me the confidence and skills to get away from a very toxic therapist. When I would tell her about something I learned from this program that helped me, and she would then put it down, I would then know that she wasn't good for me. She ended up acting completely unethical in the end, but that she didn't believe many of the teachings in this program was a sign of things to come with her. In addition, I met other people on here who gave advice and recommended books that helped me. Claire Weeke's books were huge in helping me.

So, yes, this program has worked for me and others. It's O.K. to try to get it in the least expensive manner possible. I also want to say that there was a time when I left the toxic therapist that I had to spend $75.00 a week for a good therapist. Eventually I got better, and I only see her once a month. So in comparison, this program was only worth about one week of therapy or one month of therapy for the therapist that my insurance partially covered. If you can get this program as cheaply as possible, that's what's best, but I really and truly believe that when you spend money to help yourself and take care of yourself that it won't come back void.
