Lost Some Cards

I lost some of my cards that came with the program and I've decided to start using the program today. Is there any way to replace the cards, the ones I DO have are: the front card, entitled Carry-along Cards, and cards #'ed 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 8, 9, 10, 11, 12, 13, and 15. So that mean I'm missing cards #'ed 6, 7, 14, and however many come after #15 (which I'm not sure of because this thing is new to me since I haven't started yet.) Could someone please help???
