Advice on using weekly schedule

Post by Shakoror » Thu Jun 28, 2012 7:39 am

Mr. over analyzing here asking about the weekly schedule. It says that day 2 of your week that it is alright to use some of the supplemental material that we may have received. By "use" do they mean implementing some of the tips as well or do you wait until day 5 to start implementing some the changes and tips along with the whatever lesson you might be on that week?
For example: Day 2 of my schedule I listen to the supplemental tape- less stress success. In it Lucinda gives some great self talk dialogue. Is it ok to use the new dialogue on day 2 or wait until day 5 when I start implementing the changes and tips for that weeks lessons?

Hello Shakoror,

We love to overthink don't we :).... I would start using any positive tools right away. This is a great sign that your awareness is good and you are ready for change. It also sounds like you know you can make things more complicated ( we love to do this too) than they need to be so continue to be aware of that and try to simplify. For example: As I was going through the lessons I pulled out one or two things that I felt fit my story and could work on each week. There is a lot of great information in each lesson and much of it will apply, but try and tune into just a couple things that will get you positive change. So again, as an example: In lesson one I journaled about 'control.' I looked at what I wanted to control and why? I also took a hard look at my value system and what made me valuable (self-esteem). Those were two things in lesson one that were really important for me. Lesson two I practiced my breathing and floating and saying this is just adrenalin, it will pass.

I hope this helps to keep you going. If you would like to have a Free Coaching Call I would love to talk with you.
