Taking the Renew vitamins

I received the Renew vitamins with my program. How can I take these when I have a fear of taking any and all medications? Are they tainted? Am I allergic to them? I don't know. I would like to take them but I am afraid to. Any suggestions?

I suggest that you talk to your doctor, especially if you are on any other medications.
