I started taking Vit B Complex, in the past few days. It seems to be taking away anxiety symptoms, but does make me feel sleepy or not motivated to do much. Although, I have returned from a cross country trip to help my sister. I was able though, while on the trip to eat good food that was well balanced and healthy at a local restaurant and was feeling much better because of it. I noticed I had less Anxiety body symptoms and then decided to try the Vit B again. I'm feeling better still now that I'm back. But did wonder if anyone else feels sleepy while on them. Before when I took them I felt more anxiety in my "gut" region, sort of churning.
So maybe I'm just feeling better than I use to feel, I'm hoping that that is the case, that I'm just doing better at controlling my anxiety.
