When is your anxiety and/or depression worse? for me it's both, it seems to subside a bit during the day, maybe because I am active?

Anyway, I figured if I do my yoga and meditate immediately after, it helps quite a bit.

Hope this helps somoeone else who may not know what to do with themselves when it gets bad throughout the day:)

Normally, for me, it's worse in the evening. I don't know whether it's the short days getting to me or not. Mornings are normally my best time. But, around 4-5 o'clock it seems to start getting worse. I guess that's why I am a late-nighter and am up most nights 'til all hours. I just can't seem to get to sleep.

Early mornings. I roll out of bed at 5:45 am.

Like Flyer said, it also doesn't help that the days are short now. However in 4 more days, the days start getting longer !!!!!!!!!
