Hey come on don"t think like that you have to have the positive and I no it is hard to do sometimes but please don"t give up come back on and talk about it.

You sound like me over a year ago. I read your other post and it sounds like we work at the same place ! Some insecure people (like your superiors, I'm guessing) feel that it's necessary to dump their crap on you. I had a bad morning today, but by the afternoon the cloud lifted...... for now. I have to put on the fake smile and it takes all I have not to throw up through that smile. If you have a bad morning, it doesn't mean that the afternoon will be the same and if it is, then it doesn't mean the night will be bad. You can take it.
