What party supports mental health issues more?

I was wondering which party backs mental health funding etc. in the US moreso. Any help?

I found this on Obama's site, but I'm having trouble locating much on McCain's.

Considering about 5 million people experience depression and I have no clue how many with anxiety disorder, I figured it would be an issue or discussed at least.
