This is something that bothers me, My lack of concentration, I have been through the programme a few times but am still some what limited in my abilities and I believe this is down to my lack of concentration. You see I could listen to one of the sessions and if you asked me questions on it I couldn't answer them, I just can't seem to focus and concentrate, my mid either blanks out or it wanders in a very short space of time.

I believe this is the real reason why after being on the course 1 year and going through the program 3 times I am still stuck in a 20 mile comfort zone, I cant venture any further. I mean the information goes into my head but it doesn't register and is soon forgotten, this lack of concentration even goes as far as effecting my spelling and grammer, for someone who passed high school english my spelling etc now is awful, an 11 year old could spell and comunicate better,

I suppose I'm sort of like worried that my brain is rotting or something, slowly but surley I seem to be lossing it :( I am only 26

I doubt it very much that your brain is rotting!!

I know what you mean though I have periods where I can't concentrate and my memory is very poor. I joke that I have Alzheimer's and I'm only 41.

The truth is that stress affects our concentration and memory but after we learn to reduce that; we start thinking more clearly. You just have to take it in small pieces and read it over and over if necessary.

You know what I've found? I have certain key points that help me when I'm feeling stressed and I write them down and carry them with me. So, if I start to have a panic attack I can read them to remind myself.

Hang in there. you're on the right track!
