jus got out of sergery
I had apndisitis this has always been a fear of mine.so I guess it was fate but I'm having exsream anxiety an I'm like flippin out I need help from all my good freinds on here all I keep thinking is I'm going to die an I'm so scared u know an I'm not taking any pain mess cause I'm scared of them an I haven't slept in a while so I'm a lil outa it so I started gettn dp/dr an pnicking an just pure anxiety a depression so if someone can say I'll b ok it makes me fell better k thanx all love u guys

You're going to be ok. Any surgery can cause some anxiety. It's a common surgery so I wouldn't worry about any risk at all with this. You may not feel so good for a while but this heals really fast. Are you at least able to take Motrin? You're not going to die no matter how much you think you might, so get that out of your head right now.

No, you aren't going to die. An appendectomy (sp?) is fairly simple.. My grandaughter just had that done. And she is fine. A pain pill would have probably helped. I wouldn't take anything with aspirin in it for awhile. How long has it been?
Try to get your mind on a good TV show. The thing is distract yourself with something you normally enjoy.
Do you have a deck of cards? Solotaire is fun.
Do you know how to play that?
You really are going to be fine. I had nine major surgeries in my lifetime and I survived them all. It is not fun of course. But hang in there.
All will be well.
If you can't sleep, or watch TV, or play cards,

surgery is scary but you are going to be ok...its over now and you just need to give your body a chance to heal up and it will go quickly.
take a deep breath and say I did it...I had the surgery and its all over and Im ok. The pain pills will help you much if you cant handle the strong stuff from the doctors see if advil or motrin will work believe me the medication you gave you for the surgery were much stronger and you obviously tollerated them well enough with no problems so these over the counter pain pills wont bother you either.
And hey the good news you will NEVER ever have appendicitis again. its all over now.
