Ok, so it's not huge but it's something. Today i started session 2. I woke up early and listened to the audio about stopping panic attacks. Low and behold, i had not one, but two panic attacks....but the kicker is that i stopped them in their tracks. I probably got up to a level 5 panic and started using the self talk and breathing techniques. It worked like a charm. I calmed down and started cleaning the house to distract myself. Five minutes later i was like..."what panic attack?"

This is a huge accomplishment... And it sounds like you're enjoying the fact that you stopped them. Good for you, keep it up, you're well on your way....

What do you mean, "it's not huge"? It is huge, that's what it's all about.

Thats great!! :)

I to have found that I can pretty much stop the panic attacks before they escalate beyond a "level 5". I feel so much better knowing that I now have some control over them. It shows that were progressing and it can only get better! Best of luck to you with your recovery! ;)
