Hello All,
So now that I have this new "awareness" of what Anxiety/Panic Disorder is and they always say that it's normal to have anxiety sometimes, why is it that now whenever I see someone that is similar to me or experiences things I do I think: oh what if they TOO have Anxiety Disorder or WHY don't they have bad anxiety like I do and they experience the same thing?? Anyone kind of get where Im coming from?
DOES ANYBODY EVER????

Everyone handles anxiety differently. Some people hide it well while some people are just more sensitive to anxiety. For me, I am a very sensitive person. I always have been so anything that affects me, probably affects me 20 times worse than it would someone else.
BELIEVE YOU CAN CONQUER ANYTHING~ AND YOU WILL !! I DID IT, YES !!!!!
I agree with hunnie 33- I am very sensitive so things affect me probably 50 times more than others! I do think people deal with anxiety but I feel that some people just don't get all the symptoms that we tend to get. I get every symptom out there! From dizziness, to upset stomach, weakness, etc. When I get that way I don't have the energy to walk, exercise, work or anything because I feel so bad. I often wondered why it brought me down so bad, but in listening to the stories here on the forums I am finding that lots of people deal with the same things that I deal with. It's just that I never knew anyone that did up until now!
