Can anyone answer this....

Why would my left arm feel numb or tingling out of the blue. I have been cleared of any heart problems. The problem I have is anxiety. My symptoms are just driving me crazy. I didn't feel bad today but today my arm feels numb. Yesterday I had to take an Ativan I felt so bad but today I actually felt pretty good.

I don't have any other symptom so I am pretty darn sure its not a heart attack..... AHHHH

How does your back feel, maybe you pinched a nerve or something. Stress has can cause back problems from what I understand....

my back is fine - but last night I was wondering if my neck is out of wack. I should check with a chiropractor.

It sounds like it can be muscle tension-I get a
really tight neck/jaw/and shoulder area when I
am doing a lot of computer work; Did you try stretching? Do a few yoga positions to stretch
the neck/shoulder area;

I'm certainly not a doctor, but I have gone through the same symptoms. For me, it was anxiety. Once I would start getting tingly or numbness, I would get nervous about what's causing it, which made it worse, which made me MORE nervous. I've had it in my left arm, my hands and even my feet once. I went through the cycle of tests and......anxiety related.
