Week 2 ~ phycially hard

Just listened to Session 2 yesterday and felt very positive. Today is a different story. I'm having lots of anxiety symptoms... dizziness, short of breath, very tired. I was out doing some errands and I felt this weird sense of dizziness for about 10 seconds (felt tingeling in my head) and then felt very tired as though I hadn't slept for 3 days. As anyone every felt this or is this another episod that I feel like I'm the only one feeling this way? Help me please!

You definately are not the only one! On Sunday I was at a birthday party and was looking at some pictures and I had that same exact feeling in my head and I felt like I was going to fall to the ground and so I had to go sit down on the couch! My mind takes off once I feel that feeling and I often panic. I always feel as if I cannot breathe and that something is blocking my throat. But I am in session 2 as well and I feel up one moment and panic the next! It is going to get better. Reassuring you that you are NOT the only one!

Yes, I have had these symptoms as well. As I get more into the program..only week three. I am realzing the symptoms are endless. And that the more I pay attention to them the harder it is. I am trying desperately to just float with them. I know how incredibly hard this is,,,really. Keep going...it will get easier, I am counting on that.

Thank you so much for your advice... just knowing that I'm not alone makes me feel better and I will keep going until it gets easier!
