I have been on Lexapro for 6months. 10mg. I changed from taking my pills in the morning to taking them at nite.I sleep good but when I'm at work, I feel like I just want to sleep. Also I have been off caffine for a few months. Since I'm on Lexapro- does anyone know if you can have coffee with out the anxious symptoms?

Ask your doctor, or a pharmacist. Pharmacists frequently can answer questions like yours which are medication related because they understand the properties of the Rx.
