antisapatorial anxiety

im from NY and im going to PA for thansgiving. my parents are going on wednesday morning and i have to work so i cant go with them. my brother is going to but he lives in westchester so he is gonna come to my house and im gonna follow him up but im still nervous and i know its gonna ruin the next couple of days for me

Dont set your self up!!! You just said its gonna ruin the next couple days...how about we turn that around too..yes im going to be nervous, but im not going to let it ruin my day. I am going to think about how much fun I am going to have with my family. Driving will be a peaceful time to listen to my Lessons.
