Hello everyone.

I wanted to take a moment to introduce myself so I didn't feel like such a lurker.

I bought the program yesterday and am looking forward to its arrival.

I went through the program 10 years ago for severe anxiety and panic attacks, but like some of the other readers here I stopped as soon as the symptoms ceased, which was within 3 weeks.

I am now struggling with depression, which is all new terrain for me. My depression and inablility for intimacy has destroyed my relationship/marriage of the last 5 years.

I moved across country to start anew and I figured the updated program could help give me the tools I needed to work my way out of this slump and would hopefully help me heal emotionally.

It's my Christmas present to myself.

That's the basics from me. Thanks for listening! Nice to meet everyone!

Hello, I'm new to the program, this is my second week. I plan on finishing it all the way through the 15 weeks. I have been able to talk myself down already from several anxiety/panic attacks, but I'm not stopping there. I know there is so much more I can learn to take with me throughout the rest of my life. Hang in there, and finish the program this time. God and this program will see you through. Don't forget to pray daily. I will pray for you as well.

You will find the solution to overcoming depression IS right there in your program. I would like to ask you to please give yourself the best gift you ever had before, and that is to go all the way through, Session One to Session Fifteen. I can promise you, you will find the skills to defeat depression. Nice to meet you, too.

Yep. I was being so good about listening to the CDs multiple times, doing the homework, etc. I started feeling better after about the 3rd week and started slacking big time. Now my anxiety is back. I plan on jumping back on the wagon starting tomorrow.

We can totally do this! We deserve to be happy!

Welcome back!

Hello Everyone! I'm new and I haven't gotten my program yet. I don't even know how to do this chat peer support thing. I'm really nervous and looking forward to getting some help but a little bit afraid that it won't work. I feel stronger just admitting that. Oh, well, it's worth a try.
