Flahing light

Hello!The other day I had like a half circle shape flashing white in my eyesight.It was only in one eye.Has anyone ever experienced this or something like it?Of course it's causing me to worry.It lasted about 10 to 15 minutes and then just went away.I did get a sinus headache right after.I've had this happen before but it was at the end of my pregnancies.I have a Dr. appt. today so hopefully he'll be able to tell me what might of happend.Just wandering if I'm alone with this or if any of you have had this?Thanks for all replies!

No worries!! This happens to me about every few months or so. Google something called Occular Migraine or Occular Headache. It will put your mind at ease I promise

I get occular migraines too...they started when I was back to school shopping in Grade 9...scared the crap out of me because it was also accompanied by limited motor skills...like talking, for example! The things I was saying weren't making any sense and I had no control over it. I also had tingling sensation in my hands. For the most part now I catch it with an Advil/Aspirin and lay down with my eyes covered for about 20 minutes or wear sunglasses around the house...that seems to help.
