I AM CLAUSTROPHOBIC BUT HAVE NO SYMPTOMS OF DEPRESSION. ARE THEY THE SAME OR DIFFERNT?

They are definitely different but sometimes go hand in hand.

Anxiety = fear, nervousness
Depression = sadness, despair
