Hi I'm new to this but not new to Anxiety. I pretty much just feel like crap all the time, I've done a lot of research and things on my own before getting this program, and I do believe that I am the one causing it but I just can't seem to get my blood sugar level enough to where I do feel like hell the whole day! My blood sugar is always so off and it scares me. Any thoughts?

I have some issues with blood sugar as well. I've been tested for diabetes, hypo and hyper thyroidism the works. With anxiety comes elevated levels of adrenaline which causes elevated levels of sugar. You have to burn this adrenalin. That is why Lucinda insists that we exercise throughout this program. Cut the sugar and carbs out of your life and begin a regimine of exercise. It helps tremendously. Good luck.

I know what you mean--that sleepy, zoned-out feeling is miserable. I think I slept through all of January LOL! The exercising does help. Let me know if it helps.
