Confrantation

Respect yourself enough to stand up for yourself; your feelings, concerns, and opinions and ask for what you want. Also, learn how to say “no” without feeling guilty

good82life,
Im not sure about confrontation! You gave us no examples or why you would want to be in a confrontation.
I can see confronting your fears, but getting in a confrontation with a person could possible be another matter...
The program teaches us to be more assertive, but Not aggressive. There is a difference. Sometimes getting in a confrontation with another human , ends badly. You might want to rethink this situation,,,Nelly

this is a very important question. i have dealt with this type of question, seriously--and it has been a big part of my getting better. i hope you can learn to confront when it's healthy.
I will sing unto the LORD, because he hath dealt bountifully with me.

I was talking about confronting my fears. I didnt feel comfertable about saying what my confritation was about. I think some of my fears are getting into conflick. I do understand the diference of being assertive and agressive. Thank you again
