Test results !

I went for blood tests 3 weeks ago and got the results today. My cholesterol is back to normal, my blood sugar is back to normal and all of the rest are too ! I walked out of the doctor's office on cloud 9 ! Oh yeah.....I haven't had a panic attack in a week. I'm doing week 6 now. What a good way to end the week !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Thanks for the encouragement !!! I'm starting week 7 tomorrow. I never thought that this program would become as natural as breathing. I'm looking forward to the rest of the weeks.
