The dreaded Gynocologist!

So I successfully went to my very first gynocologist appointment today. I was really nervous beforehand, but it wasn't as horrible as I expected. She did mention something about polycystic ovary syndrome, but I'm not going to worry about that until the lab results get back. Just thought I would share my triumph of the day!

Good for you! I bet you were glad when that was over! I always stress out about it. It's never that horrible, but it sure isn't something I enjoy! it's just so uncomfortable and it doesn't help when you are tense and tighten your muscles! I hope your results come back ok, I'm sure they will but props to you for deciding not to worry until there is actually something to worry about.! That's an art I am still trying to master!

You may have passed my wife in the hallway there- she had her exam today as well. I know she was nervous about going too. She told me how proud of herself she was for going and you should feel the same way too.
