Does anyone wake up during the night with a feeling like you just swallowed something? That happened to me twice during the night and there's nothing in my throat, just air. It's like a jolt that makes me wake up. Go figure.

Yes. . . for me I think I'm sleeping with my mouth open, and my tongue is sticking to the roof of my mouth or something weird like that. LOL.
