Confusion is a common symptom of stress and anxiety. Sometimes when I'm really stressed out I get to the door of my building and have to really think about which key to use. When I'm not stressed I do it automatically. When you feel that way, just take a deep breath and try to clear your mind. The confusion will get better.

When I'm not stressed I do it automatically. When you feel that way, just take a deep breath and try to clear your mind. The confusion will get better.
This happens to me quite a lot when I'm nervous (which is often). But, it's just like every other symptom of anxiety and will pass. It's temporary and you don't have to do anything about it. Just let yourself relax and things will start to feel better. As with most of my symptoms, distraction is my best tool. Talking with someone often helps me out.
