It's been 1 year since I went through the program ! I can honestly say that I should've done this sooner. My concern is that lately, it seems that the panic attacks want to came back. I have the skills to stop it, but I don't know why they are coming back now ? I hope that they don't come back full force like they did a year ago. I've had some stressful times lately, but that has all past now. I am grateful that I can stop them.

I'm not afraid to go places at all. I even got my passport so I can travel eventually (when I get the time). I guess all I can do is just relax knowing I CAN stop them. I just wish that I had nothing to stop ! LOL

(Actually it's been a year since I STARTED the program, not finished it)

It really is helpful reading sucess stories of this program helping people get through the anxiety and panic in their lives. I try to stay away from the negative posts because they don't help me and I try not to be negative in what I post for others to read. I think that if you beat the panic attacks before, you are that much stronger to do it again. I know the biggest bother is that they seem to have come back but don't let them scare you. You beat them once, you will do it again. I am on week 6 and hanging in there. Good luck and prayers to you.

First off congrats! This is normal and I still have uncomfortable days and situations. I look at it this way - I now have some tools I didn't have before...
