Hello there, I just wonted to say .More then likey the doctors are right and it is your sinus. And it could have somthing as well to do with your anxiety . I am not sure if your doing the attacking anxiety program. But if you are GREAT!! it will answer alot of your issues .This program is life changing .Lucinda doea a awesome job getting you threw it.Now to address your light headed feeling .I did feel alot of that meny years ago be for I even new about anxiety . I still deal with it from time to time .But whats so great about this program DR. Fisher explains why people who have anxiety feel this .And the reason is when you are a person with anxiety we tend to get alot of what if thincking .Are mind becomes so full of meny things going on at one time .All most if clips of movies were playing in you head at a very fast rate. This is why we feel the dizzy feeling. Now the way DR.Fisher explained it when are brains are in this high rate of thicking ,we can only process so much at one time .So the dizzy feeling is are body taking care of it self .It slows the brain function down. It is a natural way of are bodies taking care of it self.I know it does not feel good to feel like this at times .But wonts you get throught the program it will all start making sence in what there teaching you .I hope this helps you . take care Michelle!!
I also suffer from the near constant lightheadedness for the last 3 years. I have been to the ENT and have been told it is allergies, sinus, and anxiety as well. It is one of the scariest symptoms for me. I know that since I have had it for so long that I shouldn't be afraid of it, but I still am sometimes. I try to "float" through it as lightheadedness is a very common complaint with us with anxiety. It is hard because I am alway scared that I am going to pass out and that I have some terrible illness. I also notice it is worse when I have very bad muscle tension and when I have migraines. Weather changes and food can also affect it. It is very common in anxiety and just try to accept it that it won't hurt you. It is hard and I still struggle but this board is a great source...godd luck and welcome!!
