I have two of Lucinda's tapes i've been listening to about panic attacks and anxiety. Though lately i haven't been having panic attacks, after trying an antidepressant that made me panic i got off of it and felt back to my normal self though i've felt stressed out and lots of anger and rage again lately. And the main thing is i'm in pain alot with my mouth from TMJ making my neck and back down to my spine hurt and body ache alot. Also getting stressed out over any little thing possible.

Idk how to deal with this without medicine? how es anyone calm theirself down if their angry and their body aches alot all the time and their mouth is hurting them every single day wtih tmj? Sometimes it feels like i want to scream and throw things and i'm losing it.. :( Anyone else feel this way sometimes? Or know how to ease all the aches and pains of lots of stress..

I would suggest two things. First, learn how to breathe and how to use your breathe to calm yourself down. This works the same for anger as it does for anxiety. It's essentially the same set of tools.

Two, if you're having aches and pains take a over-the-counter pain killer. Being in pain is bound to agitate you and bring you even more stress. So, if you can interrupt that loop, it will make you feel better.
