Jumpy/twitchy....
I seem to be kind of jumpy or twitchy lately and was wondering if anyone else had this...Its like I'll be sitting or standing still and (this is hard to describe...) its kind of like when you jerk when you are almost asleep or something. Its been happening alot lately and now i'm worried that something other than anxiety is causing it. Anyone else have this?
Hi
I used to have that alot and they stopped for me when I got on my anti-depressants. I take Tofranil. Anyway the Dr said that it was nervous ticks.Very common and not dangerous. For me it was just embarrassing. I spilled my drink on myself once when my arm jerked and had a spasm. Someone asked if I was okay? I just told them I got a cold chill up my spine and that was the end of it haha. Ask your Dr to be sure but I bet that is all it is. Nervous energy.

Good to hear all continue's to go well for you. I am still doing my TEA forms daily and still feeling greatWW wrote:Doing outstanding and even enjoyed a mostly anxiety free holiday. How did everyone else fare this year? I don't miss being on meds at all lol.

Thanks Chrissy you have been a huge inspiration to me and a big reason I gave the TEA forms a try in the first place.lilchrissy wrote:Good to hear all continue's to go well for you. Interesting to learn that others have experienced jumpy or twitching arms and legs. I have on occasion had my arm jerk while I'm on the computer. I told my Psychiatrist about it when it happened, he really didn't have an explanation for them. I'm not getting them as much now. Paislee
